Agreement

These terms govern your use of the website at dl-tech.tech, operated by DL Tech. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site.

Paid work is not formed by using this website or by sending a brief. A project starts only when both sides sign a proposal or statement of work. If that contract conflicts with these terms, the contract prevails for the project.

The site and our services

The site describes our studio, shows selected work, explains how an engagement runs, and offers a way to contact us. Descriptions of sprints, programs, and retainers are an overview. Scope, fees, timing, and deliverables are set in the document we sign with you.

We may change, suspend, or withdraw pages without notice. We do not promise that the site will be available without interruption.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, graphics, photographs, and code are owned by DL Tech or used with permission. You may view the pages and print or store a copy for your own private reference. You may not copy the site for a competing studio, scrape it in bulk, or remove credits, except where mandatory law allows a specific use such as quotation.

DL Tech, the dl mark, and dl-tech.tech are used by us to identify the studio. Nothing on the site grants a licence to use them.

Portfolio

Case studies describe engagements and the results recorded for the period stated on the page. They are illustrations of the kind of work we do. Results depend on the client, the offer, the market, and the budget. Past movement is not a promise of a future result.

Client names and materials appear with the understanding reached for that work. Trademarks of clients remain their property.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, our email, or our providers;
  • send malware, or interfere with the site’s operation;
  • use the contact form or email addresses to send unsolicited bulk messages;
  • misrepresent your identity when you contact us.

We may block access or ignore messages that breach these terms.

Information on the site

We take care with what we publish. The site is general information about the studio. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and it is not an offer that you can accept merely by using the site. Careers pages describe roles that may close without notice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, DL Tech is not liable for loss arising from use of the website, from reliance on general information published here, or from a site being unavailable. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms removes those rights. Business users agree that we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or indirect loss arising only from use of the public website.

Links

The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator of dl-tech.tech is established, without prejudice to mandatory protections you have as a consumer in your country of residence.

We would like to resolve a concern directly first. Write to legal@dl-tech.tech. Courts of the operator’s place of establishment have jurisdiction, except where a consumer-protection rule gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts, or requires us to accept those courts.

We are not obliged to take part in a specific alternative-dispute-resolution procedure for website visitors unless a mandatory rule says otherwise. Clients can use the dispute clause in their statement of work.
