Careers

Come do the work.

We hire people who can hold a point of view and a spreadsheet in the same week. The studio is small. The accounts are not handed off after the interview.

An empty studio with oak tables, black chairs, and blank sheets pinned to the wall.
The room Remote first, together when it matters

Open roles

Four seats, all close to the work.

Brand strategist Full-time · Remote, EU

You lead discovery and the narrative. You write the brief the designers and media people can use, and you stay through launch to see if the market agreed. You have run positioning work for more than one category and you can show the decisions, not only the slides.

Campaign designer Full-time · Remote, EU

You design identity systems, campaign stills, and the files a channel plan needs next week. Taste matters, and so does a folder another person can open. A portfolio with both brand and in-market work is what we want to see.

Performance lead Full-time · Remote, EU

You plan and run search and paid with a point of view about the offer, not only the auction. You write reports an operator can act on. You have owned accounts end to end and you can explain a number without hiding behind a dashboard.

Studio coordinator Part-time · Remote, EU

You keep scopes, calendars, and client rhythm honest. You notice when a project is about to slip and you say so early. Experience in a studio or an agency is useful. Calm writing is essential.

Hiring

A short path. A paid working session.

No portal and no unpaid spec project. Compensation is shared in the first conversation.

  1. 01

    A note

Email careers@dl-tech.tech with two pieces of work and what you want to be responsible for.

  2. 02

    A conversation

Forty-five minutes on the work, the way you decide, and whether the studio fits.

  3. 03

    A paid session

A bounded exercise on a real-shaped problem. We pay for the time, whether or not we make an offer.

How the studio works

The practical parts.

Remote across the EU

Work from where you already live. We gather when a launch needs a room.

Tools you choose

An equipment budget for the machine and software you actually use.

A learning stipend

Courses, books, and conferences that make the next account sharper.

Time off that holds

Leave is planned, and the work is covered. We do not treat rest as a favour.
