Marketing services as offered by DL Tech are not a regulated profession. We do not provide legal, tax, investment, or medical advice. Engagement terms, including fees and deliverables, are agreed in a separate contract.
Disputes
We prefer to resolve concerns directly. Write to legal@dl-tech.tech and include the page and a short description of the issue.
The European Commission’s online dispute-resolution platform closed in July 2025. We do not commit to a particular consumer arbitration board for use of this informational website. Mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence are unaffected. Contract disputes with clients follow the dispute clause in the statement of work.
